NPO Gokanseikatsu(hereinafter referred to as "The Organization","us", "we", or "our") asks a user to disclose the information necessary for applications and contacting such as email address and phone numbers, etc., when the user uses our rental bicycle service. The organization will observe the act on protection of personal information (Private Information Protection Law) and other relevant acts and make efforts to protect the personal information of users, that we have learned in the course of rental bicycle service.

The organization will collect the personal information with the user's consent and handle the information only within the intended purpose below.

We use the phone number as necessary in order to contact the user who is using a rental bicycle.

We use the personal information for information analysis by a method of not identifying particular individuals.

We arrange the internal system of the organization as needed, following the Personal Information Protection Act. and the guidelines, to get a grasp of the risk surrounding the personal information. We strive to correct or prevent the leakage, loss or destruction of personal information. About the personal information stored in the system, we apply the access restriction system to control it strictly in order to prevent the leakage or loss.

We use the SSL, as the encrypted communication, for security of data transmission. We determine the storage period of the personal information within the intended purpose, and will delete it continually after a certain period of time has passed since we received it, or after the achievement of the purpose of using it.

Without obtaining the prior consent of the user, the personal information is not offered to a third party with the exception of the circumstances outlined in 4-2 below.

• The organization may offer the personal information for the following situations.
  1. Cases in which the providing personal information is jointly used with partners within the scope necessary for the achievement of the Purpose of Utilization that has been showed to the user.
  2. Cases in which there are justifiable grounds specified on laws and regulations.
• Disclosure of the personal information and requests for deletion
