We do not provide our service to groups consisting only of riders who are elementary school or junior high school students. Please be sure to visit our store with guardians.

Customers who are renting bicycles in groups consisting only of high school students must download the consent form below to be filled out and give it to our staff on the day of rental.

Letter of Permission Download

We ask for all renters to come in person to our shop. You are not allowed to rent a bike for other people to ride. The person who will ride must come in person to our shop to rent our bikes.

Reservations must be made 2 days in advance. For the group of more than 10 people, reservations must be made 7 days in advance. Making reservations via phone is easier afternoon than in the morning, when we tend to be busy.

For Reservations Made the Day Before (It's impossible to make a reservation online the day before. You can do it only by phone.)

If you decide to cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will be applied as per our cancellation policy. Due to the time required to prepare bicycles properly, there may be a wait.

For Same Day Reservations (It's impossible to make a reservation online on the same day. You can do it only by phone.)

Additional charge, 550 yen, is needed.

Due to the time required to prepare bicycles properly, there may be a wait. Priority will be given to customers with advance reservations.

Due to the labor required to maintain and prepare bicycles, cancellations will be treated as follows:

A cancellation fee will be charged for canceling or changing dates in less than two business days before the scheduled rental date.

Please contact us for cancellations, changing a reservations etc during business hours (9AM~5PM). Response may be delayed due to circumstances of personnel and any event. We appreciate your understanding. Please contact us and consult as soon as possible to avoid any complications.

Reservation cancellations or changes will be confirmed by our staff via email or voicemail, and will not be considered complete otherwise. Please be mindful of this.

About Cancellation charges

By 5PM 2 days before the scheduled rental date	Cancellation fee will not be charged.
From 5PM 2 days before to 5PM the day before the scheduled rental date	50% of the total rental fee will be charged.
After 5PM the day before the scheduled rental date	100% of the total rental fee will be charged.

* For the group of more than 10 people and travel agencies, there is a cancellation policy separately. For reservation detail changes (date changes, number of bikes, etc) your reservation will be canceled once, and then remade. Depending on the details of the reservation, we may not be able to alter the details.

To avoid a cancellation fee, simply cancel or reschedule two business days in advance.

Please ensure that details are accurate at the time of reservation.

At reception you may be required to show your ID. Please bring any ID which can verify your name and address such as Passport, Resident Card, Driver's license etc."
